Handcrafted Paper

Where art meets paper, one impression at a time

In a small studio where time moves differently, we create paper goods by hand. Each piece begins as blank stock, selected for its texture and character. We work with letterpress machines, hand-set type, and custom plates made from our original designs.

The process is deliberate. Ink is mixed to match precise specifications. Paper is hand-fed into presses that have been restored and maintained for decades. Embossing dies are cut by hand. Each impression requires attention.

We produce small batches of greeting cards, custom stationery, and printed compositions. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is mass-produced. The result reflects the method: pieces that feel substantial, considered, and quietly refined.

Handcrafted Cards

Our greeting cards are printed one at a time using letterpress techniques. Each card receives individual attention during printing, ensuring consistent ink coverage and precise registration. We use heavy card stock that feels substantial in hand.

The designs are original, created specifically for letterpress printing. They take advantage of the process: the debossed impression, the tactile quality of raised ink, the way light interacts with embossed surfaces.

We print in limited color palettes, often using a single ink color with embossing or foil accents. The restraint allows the quality of materials and craftsmanship to speak clearly.
